Return Policy

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return within 30 days of order delivery date for a full refund. Returns received after 30 days of order delivery date will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original form of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have been approved for a refund and believe that you have not received it yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for a refund. 

Exchanges (if applicable):
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different color or size, please send us an email at: joanne@triplecloverproducts.com. Exchanges should be shipped to the below address:

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take an exchanged product will vary depending on your location. 

Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
